Last month, the HONOR 50 Lite was launched and it became the newest addition to HONOR’s line-up of phones, and now HONOR has finally announced the HONOR 60 and the HONOR 60 Pro with all their key specs and details revealed.
The HONOR 60 and 60 Pro have the exact same designs on the back panel that resembles the HONOR 50 smartphone, but now it has two bigger cameras and one smaller lens in between that makes up the triple-camera system. In terms of their form factor, the HONOR 60 Pro measures 8.2mm thin and weighs 192 grams, and the HONOR 60 measures 8mm thin and weighs 179 grams.
The triple camera system on the HONOR 60 Pro you are getting a 108MP main shooter, a whopping 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro lens, while on the HONOR 60 you have a 108MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide lens, and 2MP macro lens. On the front of the HONOR 60 Pro, you have a 50MP selfie camera and on the HONOR 60, you get a 32MP selfie camera.
Both of the phones also include OLED displays that pushes a 120 Hz refresh rate, but the Honor 60 Pro has a 6.78-inch quad curved FHD+ display, while the HONOR 60 has a 6.67-inch FHD display that curves only on the sides.
As for the internal specifications of the phone, the HONOR 60 Pro uses a Snapdragon 778G+ 5G SoC and comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, while the HONOR 60 has a Snapdragon 778 5G SoC and comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, both of which are powered by 4800 mAh battery that supports 66W charging.
Currently, the HONOR 60 is priced at CNY 2,700 (roughly RM1790) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant, CNY 3,000 (roughly RM1989) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage option, and CNY3,300 (roughly RM2188) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage variant.
Meanwhile, the HONOR 60 Pro starts at CNY 3700 (roughly RM2453) for the base model that gives you 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, and costs CNY4,000 (roughly RM2652) for the upgraded model that gives you 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
